Keith was great to work with!

Ron KerverRetiree12/26/16 04:56 PM    My wife began working with Keith months before we found our home in Harbor Springs. Let me start by saying I have never been a fan of Real Estate agents. The reason is that, before Keith, I have never met one who had the patience, persistence, and local knowledge of the entire Petoskey, Charlevoix, Boyne City and Harbor Springs areas that were critical to meeting our needs. Keith showed us MANY potential homes, and kept coming up with new properties to view even as the market tightened last summer. One of my favorite attributes is that Keith could walk into a potential home, and spot the trouble areas. The difference with Keith, though, is that he was very honest about pointing the problems before we even weighed in with our preferences. If you want an honest, knowledgeable, helpful agent who is not pushy, and who is genuinely interested in finding you the right home for you, Keith is your guy. He bent over backwards to make sure we were informed of the progress on our offer, even when he was across the country on vacation. He took the time to keep us informed. His experience kept us out of trouble a number of times, and I would go with him again if ever we needed to enlist an agent in the future.

Keith was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I live three hours away from the property I was selling, so it was tough to make a decision on what realtor to use. Let me say that I couldn't have chosen a better person than Keith.

I always felt he had our best interests at heart, and I felt comfortable putting our trust into him. He always returned all communication promptly, and would also check in periodically as we searched for the just the right properties. He was patient and kind, never pressuring us into buying a property that wasn't "just right" for us. I highly recommend Keith, and will call him again if ever the need arises.

Being this was a second home for us, it was imperative that our realtor was willing and able to assist us remotely in coordinating some aspects of the sale. Keith was always willing to help, and provided great service multiple times during the inspection and buying process.
